
Residential Roster Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to maintain a staffing roster that caters to the diverse needs of residents, while ensuring high-caliber care and optimizing individual consumer outcomes in a residential aged care facility.
As a Roster Clerk and Receptionist, you will provide comprehensive administrative support under the direct supervision of the Residential Care and Services Manager.
This role plays a crucial part as the primary point of contact for facility visitors and callers, requiring a constructive, proficient, and hospitable demeanor in customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, staff, volunteers, and visitors.
- Perform general office administration duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff through effective implementation of Work Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of site rosters according to established Office Manager procedure.
- Work collaboratively to fill vacant shifts and address other roster-related issues.
- Promptly report workplace risks and consumer-related incidents to management.
- Document consumer progress and outcomes accurately in designated records.
