Regional Business Development Specialist

Represent innovative medical technologies in various therapeutic areas, overseeing and growing a high-performing region as part of a collaborative team with opportunities for career advancement.

  • Manage a growing territory spanning Brisbane to northern Queensland.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships through product portfolio presentations, sharing insights on benefits, and ensuring product utilization and client satisfaction.
  • Provide clinical support for surgical and interventional cases.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and promote new products, increasing market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Travel requirements align with business needs.
About You
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in medical device sales.
  • A proven track record of sales success and demonstrated regional management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve business goals.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
  • Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptable individual capable of supporting the business across multiple aspects.
  • Comfortable providing clinical support in theatres and cath labs approximately 30-40% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical device sales, with a history of achieving sales success and managing territories. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

This role requires a highly adaptable individual who can support the business across multiple aspects. The successful candidate will be comfortable providing clinical support in theatres and cath labs approximately 30-40% of the time.
