About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve complaints via phone or other communication channels.
  • Develop problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure seamless communication across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
Benefits:
  • A variety of shift options between 8am to 8pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday, with optional flexibility to work on Saturday & Sunday between 8am to 5 pm (AEST).
  • A minimum requirement of two days per week working in our Adelaide office, allowing for collaboration and teamwork.
