We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
This is an entry-level role that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely with our customer service team to provide administrative support, manage inbound and outbound calls, and coordinate appointments and travel arrangements.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple responsibilities by effectively prioritising tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
- Provide administrative support with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements by liaising with internal members and external service providers.
- Utilise a range of computer systems and software tools to complete daily administrative and operational tasks.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Strong communication skills to understand and assist customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to self-manage tasks.
- Eager to learn and support a team in a busy environment.
