The role of a consumer connect banker is to service and fulfill banking needs of customers quickly, accurately, and efficiently. You will respond to inbound calls and provide outstanding service to our banking customers on each and every call.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to general banking enquiries
- Servicing specific products like credit cards and deposits
- Providing technical support to customers
To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 12 months of customer service experience, thrive in a corporate and professional working environment, and be able to adjust to a high-paced KPI environment.
