Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the production of marketing collateral, including signage, customer communications, and more.
  • Deliver targeted campaigns to support customer acquisition, developing materials for online and offline channels.
  • Support the delivery of sponsorships by managing elements such as competitions and event activation.
  • Provide marketing support for partnerships as briefed.
  • Build and update competition landing pages and deliver updates to sponsorship and partnership pages.
  • Manage branded merchandise and promotional items, ensuring storerooms and inventory are maintained and sourcing new stock.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and the reconciliations of referral payments for marketing activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing the inbox.
  • Ensure compliance with marketing, ethical, and legal standards (SPAM Act, Privacy Act).
