Job Opportunity

The Sr. Business Data Analyst role is responsible for leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensuring the success of trading partner implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to create a data mapping according to defined specifications.
  • Communicate data needs and key deadlines directly with leadership.
  • Research and identify data quality issues through onboarding or new file submission, working with clients to resolve these issues.
  • Manage ongoing requests and questions regarding data specifications.
  • Review files received for compliance with data needs, including testing files and identifying business rules for mapping tool configuration.
  • Configure mapping tool to translate source data to desired format, test the tool, and provide clear documentation to internal resources and customers.
  • Serve as an expert for data requirements and specifications.
  • Stay informed about ongoing changes and evolution of data specs.
  • Lead co-worker trainings on data specifications and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or 8+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in ETL, analytic-based, data-driven reporting, Tableau, SqlServer, Salesforce, Snowflake.
  • Experience in healthcare and/or pharmacy data preferred, along with previous client-facing experience.
