We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor Experience Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our visitors, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our nature parks.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and providing information about our parks and wildlife.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for visitors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote conservation and wildlife protection.
- Assist with the operation of our ticketing and sales systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, conservation, and wildlife management.
- High level of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in visitor engagement, sales, and service duties.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of visitors, including non-English speaking visitors.
- Experience with system use, point of sale, ticketing systems, and cash handling.
- Proven ability to follow directions, de-escalate conflicts, and multitask in a diverse environment.
