Brand Strategy Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategy Leader to spearhead the development and execution of integrated brand activities. This role will lead digital strategies that drive engagement, education, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that align with regulatory and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive brand campaigns and messaging.
  • Support trade marketing digital initiatives and ensure brand alignment in retail.
  • Assist with marketing projects encompassing NPD and HCP where appropriate.
  • Co-own the strategic planning and execution of the social media calendar across multiple platforms.
  • Lead the development of a new website focusing on user experience, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Google and social platforms.
  • Oversee SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other performance tools to track and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Guide creative content development tailored to each platform and audience segment.
  • Present monthly performance reports with strategic insights and recommendations to inform future planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in brand management and digital/social media marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage paid media campaigns and optimize performance using data and analytics.
  • Experience with Meta platforms, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of regulated industries, ideally in nutrition, healthcare, or FMCG.
  • Certifications in Social Media Marketing, SEO, or Digital Strategy are highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for purpose-driven branding.
