Job Overview

As a key player in our digital landscape, you will be responsible for leading our online presence and driving meaningful engagement across all digital touchpoints. This critical role requires someone with big ambition, energized, and future-focused in the world of digital, with high stakeholder management skills to embed stronger digital thinking with brand teams.

Responsibilities
  • Own the overall Digital & Social strategy partnering with relevant stakeholders to develop Digital components of Marketing Plans and Initiatives.
  • Monitor trends, audience insights, and platform updates to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc.) to drive engagement, build brand love, and support commercial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to deliver cohesive messaging.
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise for growth, engagement, and ROI data to insights to continuously enhance planning & execution.
  • Execute powerful digital initiatives and programmes including campaigns leveraging digital media, eCRM, advocacy driving SEO, SEM & paid media strategy and execution maximising return in conjunction with brand teams.
  • Community & Influencers: collaborate with consumer engagement services to ensure community management excellence across touchpoints.
  • Website & YouTube: Manage website updates/best practice for user experience, working with Digital Services or agency to facilitate implementation and leading YouTube channels.
