Job Description

Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing key accounts across Victoria. This role involves developing and executing business development plans to meet sales targets, leveraging market insights and sector expertise to drive strategic account acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development plans to drive sales growth
  • Build strong relationships with key customers in distribution markets to enhance engagement and retention
  • Regularly assess customer needs and performance to meet annual operating plan targets
  • Support marketing initiatives and new product launches to secure targeted accounts within pricing/margin guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years of proven experience in business development with a strong track record of building lasting customer relationships
  • Skilled negotiator with strong business acumen
  • Committed to personal growth and company goals; proactive in identifying and securing new business opportunities
