We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team at QPL Rural Pty Ltd.
About Us
QPL Rural Pty Ltd is a real estate stock and station business operating in the Riverina region, with multiple sites across the area.
The Role
This role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, handling incoming and outgoing communications, and performing administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and upholding the company's professional image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Support: Provide administrative support to sales agents, including coordinating communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive reputation for the company.
- Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, using verbal and written communication skills to achieve results.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to relevant legislation and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.
- Qualifications: Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work accurately and efficiently, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of administrative procedures.
What We Offer:
