About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at our APCO Service Stations. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the console, making coffee and cooking in the cafe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Operate the console and handle customer transactions
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in the cafe
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work unsupervised and be an exceptional multi-tasker. You will also need to have a positive and friendly attitude, be adaptable and flexible, and be willing to take on new tasks and adapt to new processes.
