Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Officeworks team in Wagga Wagga as part-time customer service specialists. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing expert advice to customers and delivering great customer experiences.
As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone;
- Operating cash registers, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing products;
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs;
- Participating in visual merchandising and ensuring that store displays are maintained to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment. If you have a positive attitude, are flexible, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
You will need to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support to colleagues when needed;
- A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances;
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
