Customer Service Barista

Established in the late 1970s, APCO Service Stations is an Australian owned independent petrol and convenience retailer with a strong focus on exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Barista to join our team at one of our 25 stores across Victoria and NSW. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers while preparing high-quality coffee and food items.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for great coffee, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Requirements:
- Available to work Friday and Saturday evenings (4pm-midnight)
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Passion for great coffee and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum depending on location and experience. This role offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
