Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the delivery of infrastructure projects. This role will involve leading and coordinating end-to-end project administration across a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar, and proven experience in job costing, purchasing, and accounts within the construction or infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate project administration activities.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of site administrators.
  • Manage high volumes of transactions including invoices, procurement, and subcontractor claims.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of project administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
  • Proven experience in job costing, purchasing, and accounts within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Advanced data entry skills with a strong focus on speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Current C-Class Driver's Licence.
