Account Executive, Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Deputy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads and opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, including inbound leads from our website and outbound leads sourced through various channels
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective customers, including demoing the Deputy solution and positioning ourselves as experts and guides
- Work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation campaigns
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our revenue
- At least 2 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in one of our core verticals of Hospitality, Retail, or Healthcare
- Proven track record of success in sourcing, managing, and closing outbound leads, with a strong focus on numbers and KPIs
- Experience working in a fast-paced and growing sales environment, with excellent communication, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Solid level of autonomy, combined with excellent collaboration and teamwork skills
- Driven and optimistic attitude, with a passion for learning and professional development
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
