Service Delivery Manager Position">

The role of a Service Delivery Manager involves ensuring the effective delivery of services to contracted customers. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships between the organization and its customers at strategic and tactical levels.

This hybrid role requires the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including account managers and business development managers. The Service Delivery Manager will also act as an escalation point for customer and internal issues.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in creating and maintaining strong customer relationships and excellent communication skills. They must be highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities, and delivering on deadlines.

The following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent
  • 10+ years' experience in the IT industry managing complex customer requirements
  • 8+ years in IT Service Management
