Speech Pathologist

As a speech pathologist, you will be working with children and their families to help them overcome communication challenges.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a range of skills including assessment, intervention and teamwork.

What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children with complex communication needs
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

You will also have the opportunity to develop your professional skills through ongoing training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload
  • Day-to-day activities will include assessment and intervention sessions with a mixed caseload in terms of both age and modality of intervention
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Participate in ongoing evaluation, training and review to maintain and improve service quality
