Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer of ASC Pty Limited, the Senior Program Management Executive will lead a team of skilled professionals, delivering high-level program and project oversight, strategic direction, and business insights to diverse project teams. This role operates within a multifaceted enterprise environment, engaging with various stakeholders including the Department of Finance, Royal Australian Navy, and other industry partners.

The Senior Program Management Executive is instrumental in steering project management practices and performance across the organization. This includes advocating for excellence in Project Management capabilities, with a strong emphasis on Governance. The role entails managing frameworks that promote best practices, policies, processes, and reporting mechanisms throughout the business. Successful implementation of these frameworks will empower various business units to achieve their distinct objectives while adhering to project management principles and governance standards. A significant aspect of this role is the enhancement and development of Project Management capabilities, contributing to the overall strategic planning and asset management of the organization. The leadership provided will align with and support the company's overarching goals, driving results while balancing the necessity for local flexibility and responsiveness.

Given the geographical dispersion of teams and stakeholders, travel is a requisite component of this position.
