We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for establishing productive partnerships with business unit leaders and facilitating the delivery of People and Culture services to the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Maintain Business Partnerships
    • Develop and maintain effective and collaborative business partnerships and relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Align HR Systems and Processes
    • Ensure the alignment of all HR systems, processes, and programs to achieve strategic and operational business success consistent with our organization's values.
  • Provide HR Information and Support
    • Ensure business leaders are provided with timely and accurate HR information and reports to aid timely and informed decision making.
  • Ensure Ethical People Management Practices
    • Ensure people management practices are ethical and aligned with our enterprise strategy and programs.
  • Contribute to People and Culture Strategies
    • Contribute and support the execution of the design, development, implementation, and review of People and Culture strategies, policies, and programs across the organization.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with HR Trends
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary Human Resource development, initiatives, and methodologies, evolving legislative requirements, and industry and best practice trends.

  • IR/ER Expertise
