  • Ensure Ethical People Management Practices
    • Ensure people management practices are ethical and aligned with our enterprise strategy and programs.
  • Contribute to People and Culture Strategies
    • Contribute and support the execution of the design, development, implementation, and review of People and Culture strategies, policies, and programs across the organization.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with HR Trends
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary Human Resource development, initiatives, and methodologies, evolving legislative requirements, and industry and best practice trends.

  • Strong HR Knowledge and Experience
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver all requirements of the role and support the organization as we navigate this exciting period of change.
  • IR/ER Expertise
    • Strong knowledge within IR/ER matters will be essential for success in this role.
