Travel Money Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Money Specialist. As the face of our brand, you will be responsible for promoting our travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the store experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where you will be the key contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their travel needs.

You will have a passion for travel and a strong desire to deliver outstanding results in a sales-driven environment. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in achieving individual KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets
  • Maximize sales and promote our Travelex product range
  • Embrace digital platforms to engage with customers and drive business growth
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess a positive attitude and a can-do approach
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Enjoy working with numbers and detail in a structured environment
  • Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to handle routine activities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • A strong track record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels, internally and externally
