As a key member of our retail team, you will be the face of Travelex, promoting exciting travel money products and exceeding customer expectations.
The OpportunityThis role offers a chance to deliver excellence in customer service, maximize sales, and own the store like it's your own.
Key Accountabilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and achieve individual performance targets
- Maximize sales and promote all customers our product range
- Embrace digital engagement via social media platforms
- Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
- Comply with company policies and procedures
We seek someone with passion for travel, positive attitude, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to work with numbers and detail in a structured environment
- Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable
- Ability to handle routine activities with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong record of performance delivery through increased sales or performance against KPIs
- Ability to build relationships across all levels, internally and externally
