Job Description
As a key member of the ComAp Australia team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts in Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that is shaping the future of intelligent control solutions for power generation and renewable energy.

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic sales leader to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and a deep understanding of the power generation and renewable energy industries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to optimize performance and productivity
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor performance against targets

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy, power generation, or industrial automation industry
• Working knowledge and experience in the power generation field, including experience with diesel and gas generator control systems, and an understanding of hybrid systems including battery and solar
• ComAp (or similar) product knowledge and system design experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities to interpret market data and formulate effective sales strategies
