Customer Service Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Manager to oversee the front-line team in our Reception area. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Maintain and develop customer service standards and management systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Address enquiries with professionalism and compassion, focusing on maximising occupancy levels and business opportunities.

This role requires a 'we care' attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage issues as they arise. If you're warm, energetic, and passionate about delivering outstanding service to our community of student residents, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Requirements:
  • Work rights in Australia
  • Valid National Police Check
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
  • QLD State Real Estate Qualification — Hold or be able to acquire a valid and current Registration Certificate lodged with the Office of Fair Trading QLD
