Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

About the Role:

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

  1. Providing exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
  2. Attending to cleaning and restocking duties with enthusiasm
  3. Innovatively merchandising and rotating stock to maintain store presentation
  4. Supporting store operations across trading hours, including weekends
  5. Preparing and handling food to an exceptional standard
  6. Handling cash and processing transactions in a timely fashion
  7. Performing physical tasks such as heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need :

  2. Physically capable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  3. Committed to exceeding customer expectations every day
  4. Well-presented with excellent communication skills and a professional approach
  5. Capable of working autonomously and within a team environment
  6. Available to work various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends across multiple sites within the area.

We are an independent petroleum company with multiple Fuel & Convenience retail outlets in South Queensland and northern New South Wales. Our areas of operation extend to include retailing, terminal operations, wholesale, and commercial distribution and supply.
