- Collaborate with external partners to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional relationships with VMO partners and provide customer-focused care.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 2 years' Emergency Registered Nurse experience.
- Post-Graduate Critical Care certificate (or working towards).
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Demonstrate initiative and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and up-skilling staff.
- ALS/PLS desirable.
