Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with executive management and stakeholders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with APRA's corporate objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and business coach to divisional leaders, providing guidance on people and culture matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development and change management.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to drive business outcomes through people-related initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A deep understanding of employment legislation, regulatory environments, and market-leading HR practices.
  • Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a relevant discipline.
