Transportation Infrastructure Project Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the successful execution of complex construction and fit-out works.

The role involves coordinating subcontractors, managing materials, and ensuring that works are delivered on program. You will also be responsible for reviewing and interpreting drawings, plans, and ITPs to ensure that delivery aligns with design and quality standards.

A key aspect of the role is maintaining site records, including daily diaries, permits, and checklists. Additionally, you will identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a commitment to safety, quality, and delivering to program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise day-to-day site activities for internal fit-out, finishes, and façade packages
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant to ensure works are delivered on program
  • Review and interpret drawings, plans, and ITPs to ensure delivery aligns with design and quality standards
  • Support quality, safety, and commissioning activities
  • Maintain site records (daily diaries, permits, checklists)
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues in collaboration with engineering and construction teams
