Electricity Supply Industry Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to head the development and delivery of training programs in the Electricity Supply Industry at our Drummond Street campus.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the way in shaping the next generation of professionals in this field.
About You- You will have extensive experience in educational leadership within a VET context, including managing teaching departments and developing programs.
- You will possess comprehensive knowledge of VET sector regulations, compliance requirements, and ASQA standards.
- You will have a proven ability to develop and maintain strong industry partnerships and implement training packages effectively.
- You will hold an approved degree or trade qualification relevant to the department's operations and courses, along with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40122) or equivalent.
- You will demonstrate exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
