Strata Management Opportunity
">Strata ManagerA rewarding opportunity has emerged to manage a portfolio of properties, comprising residential and commercial entities.
Admin support and training will be provided, with a shared assistant between 2-3 managers + admin & accounts support.
Properties are situated in inner eastern suburbs to CBD.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations for the portfolio, including accounts, administration, letters, breach notices, and maintenance requests.
- Attend sites as required for meetings, with time in lieu for after-hours gatherings.
- Oversee your own portfolio of properties, encompassing residential and occasional commercial entities.
With an esteemed organization, you will work alongside supportive directors who understand the challenges of strata management.
What's Offered:
- Competitive remuneration package + Super + 2.2's, commensurate with experience
- Car parking on site
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone etc if required are provided
- Three days' work from home arrangement available
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- A solid understanding of the strata industry, coupled with relevant property and asset management experience.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills.
- Completion of applicable industry training and/or SCA modules.
