Job Title: Communications Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Manager to join our Marketing, Communications and Proposition Development team at TAL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications strategy that supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that engages our target audience and drives business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Manage the development and publication of content across multiple channels, including social media, email, and web.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform content decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a communications or marketing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
