Human Resources Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to drive our people strategy, elevate the employee experience, and support sustainable growth across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

This role will focus on key areas such as payroll operations, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and organisational development.

  • Lead and develop the Australian HR team, providing strategic guidance across key HR programs.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the employee experience, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • IDentify current and future capability needs, developing targeted solutions to address skill gaps.
  • Ensure HR systems, policies, and processes are aligned with legal requirements, minimizing risk and ensuring compliance.
  • Support leaders in navigating change, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful transition.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Extensive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong experience in managing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand, with a deep understanding of local employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional ability to coach, advise, and influence senior leaders and teams, driving positive change and outcomes.
  • Proven success in leading HR teams and delivering organisational change initiatives, with a strong focus on results-driven solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Australian employment laws and compliance standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Proficiency in leveraging HR technology, with a focus on innovative solutions and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform strategic decision-making.
