About the Role

Ramsay Health Care Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to lead our Wilson Ward in a key role. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our Wilson Ward in providing high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with medical and allied health teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
  • Contribute to the development of the ward's strategic plan

Requirements

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an acute medical ward setting
  • Proven ability to act as a positive role model and professional
  • Passion for mentoring and positively influencing junior team members
  • Post-graduate qualification in a specialty area (desirable)
