Position Overview
We are seeking applications for the role of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer in Nursing. This position provides an opportunity to engage in the design and implementation of nursing programs that are tailored to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
The successful candidate will focus on fostering student and community engagement, promoting the advancement of nursing knowledge and practices that support First Nations communities. This role emphasizes empowering students to think critically and practice in a safe, ethical, and compassionate manner, utilizing research to inform best practices.

Qualifications
For the Lecturer in Nursing role, candidates should possess:

- Registration as a Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions.
For the Senior Lecturer in Nursing role, candidates should possess:
- A doctoral qualification.
- Registration as a Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions.
- A well-established profile in teaching and research within the nursing discipline.
- A proven track record in course coordination and curriculum development.
Compensation
The total remuneration for the Lecturer position ranges from $128,506 to $151,889 per annum, while the Senior Lecturer position offers a total remuneration of $154,745 to $177,892 per annum, which includes salary, superannuation contributions, and annual leave loading.
