We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Philips Iberica SAU. As a key member of our Ultrasound team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our Cardiac Ultrasound business, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate Cardiac Ultrasound products at customer sites or hospitals and at conferences/exhibits.
- Assist Sales Specialists by providing specialist support to ensure that all equipment is demonstrated to best advantage.
- Manage post-sales customer product training both at customer sites/hospitals and at Philips customer optimization days.
- Follow training schedules for the complete range of equipment and train customers in the use of our Ultrasound products.
- Maintain contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and confidence in using Philips Ultrasound equipment.
- Ensure all clinical applications training, with both new and existing US customers, aligns with the Company's Quality Policy.
- Provide feedback to business/marketing management with information on reference sites system performance, competitors' products, customer reactions, and sales initiatives.
- Liaise with the Product Management Group's applications team to ensure that the latest US information is available for Users, including attending international meetings where appropriate.
- Provide support at courses delivered by our key accounts/customers.
- Assist the Business Manager in all aspects of marketing, sales, and promotion of our Cardiac Ultrasound equipment and provide specialist sales support to the account managers when required.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Post Graduate studies in echocardiography or Clinical Science.
- In-depth clinical experience within Cardiac Ultrasound.
- Extensive scanning experience within Cardiology.
- Experience of working in a clinical environment.
- Capability to train others on Ultrasound equipment.
- BSE accreditation desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and positive relationship builder.
