Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualising, planning and delivering new development and value-added projects. This is a key role that will play a critical part in driving the success of our developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end development process, from conceptualisation to completion.
- Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence on potential projects.
- Negotiate and secure project permits and approvals.
- Coordinate project teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets and quality control.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster strong relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in property development, specifically in ground-up projects.
- Proven ability to manage consultants and builders, with strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
- Proactive, solution-orientated, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience with MHEs would be favourable.
