About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Project Advisor to join our team at Central Coast Council. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of learning and development projects that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development strategies that meet the needs of our team members and organizational leaders.
  • Use your project management experience to deliver high-quality learning and development projects on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of our learning and development strategy, ensuring it is aligned with our organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualifications in a relevant field or demonstrated contemporary experience in a similar role combined with ongoing professional development.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management or demonstrated contemporary experience.
  • Current Class C drivers licence.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $99.7 to $103k plus 11.5% superannuation.
  • A temporary full-time role with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused team.
  • Access to a 9 day fortnight and hybrid and flexible working conditions.
