About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Robert Plumb Build North. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of each project, from tender and planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project schedule, budget, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with site teams, clients, architects, and contractors
  • Monitor and control project costs, including cost reporting and forecasting
  • Manage the procurement of trades and suppliers
  • Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders
  • Update and maintain effective records in the project management system
  • Facilitate continuous project risk assessment

About You

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Construction Management or Project Management Qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in similar role in residential construction, project management, or contract administration
  • Experience using project management software and Microsoft Office
  • Driver's licence and own vehicle
  • White card
