Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to lead and manage the mechanical maintenance activities in our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the mechanical maintenance is carried out efficiently, aligning with water quality and plant availability targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance and experience in leading teams. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead and supervise the mechanical fitters to maintain the plant to specified standards.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance-related tasks, including planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and company requirements.
  • Oversee and ensure that all maintenance work is performed professionally, timely, and safely.
Required Skills And Competencies
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate
  • Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualification
  • High-Risk Work Licence
  • Certificate IV in Leadership and Management
  • Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights certification
  • Construction White Card
  • Current WA Driver's Licence
  • Significant experience with rotating equipment
