Job Title: Data Migration Analyst

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist healthcare organisations in transitioning to Epic.

This role requires collaboration with clinical and technical teams to extract, map, and transform data from legacy EHRs into Epic.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing or supporting Epic, preferably in an analyst role for at least one year, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

In this position, you will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting continuity of care for providers. Healthcare IT experience is essential, with Epic experience highly regarded.

You will be responsible for:

  • Extracting, mapping, and transforming data from legacy EHRs into Epic
  • Performing validation of migrated data to maintain accuracy and integrity
  • Leading client teams through validation processes and triaging reported issues
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess 1-3 years of professional experience in the healthcare domain, with a strong understanding of EMR systems or other healthcare information systems.

Australian citizenship or PR status is required for this full-time mid-senior level position. The focus is on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
