Total Workfit Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Tasmania. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, client-centered services to assist injured workers in their recovery and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct workplace assessments and provide advice on job modifications to support injured workers in their recovery.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to promote the safe return to work of injured workers.
- Provide medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison services to support the rehabilitation process.
- Conduct support needs assessments to identify and address the needs of injured workers.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to rehabilitation.
- Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers).
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality services.
- Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
