We specialize in international education services, with core business lines including student placement to Australia, the US, the UK, Canada, and New Zealand. Our globally recognized IDP Connect offers IELTS English-language testing.

Our mission is to develop a leading platform and community guiding students on their journey to lifelong learning and career aspirations.

We combine professional expertise with digital excellence to create launch pads for customers to achieve global success.

The Client Partnerships Director will lead a team of experienced professionals in developing and growing strategic partnerships across revenue lines within the IDP Connect portfolio.

This high-profile role involves key client-facing activities, supporting external relations strategy, and client advisory panels.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A mix of sales leadership experience in the education sector (student recruitment or partnerships) and broader commercial environments.
  • Experience in developing commercial strategies, identifying solutions, products, and services to support revenue growth.
  • Outstanding stakeholder relationship and engagement capabilities, including establishing and growing strategic client relationships.
  • Strong people and team leadership skills, igniting passion and harnessing a high-performance culture.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, managing large, complex commercial contracts and building trusted partnerships.

This position can be located in Melbourne or Sydney.
