Are you passionate about education and dedicated to helping students succeed? We are seeking a qualified and experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team at Lead College.

**Job Description**: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in Early Childhood Education, both in-person and online. Develop and implement assessment tools, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to students. Assist in the development and updating of training materials and curriculum to ensure they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Diploma or Bachelor's degree)
  • At least 4-5 years of experience working in early childhood education and care, with experience in leadership roles
  • Minimum 1-year teaching experience in delivering early childhood courses in an RTO or university setting
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or higher
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Police Check no more than 1 year old
