Key Responsibilities
  • To produce high-quality viennoiserie with precision and attention to detail.
  • To maintain consistency, speed, and quality in our commercial kitchen.
  • To support pastry prep, baking, and finishing across multiple production areas.
  • To ensure high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a kitchen or pastry environment. Experience with lamination, baking, or leadership is desirable but not essential.
