The Role

You will be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of valued customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery and growing your professional knowledge with an iconic Australian company.

This is a dynamic role where you'll learn how our business operates from the inside out, supporting a dedicated portfolio of customers and working with teams across the business.

It's hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding, and you'll be supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the customer experience for your account portfolio.
  2. Work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs.
  3. Provide our customers with real-time updates on product and service-related matters.
  4. Identify improvements with our systems and processes, assisting with implementing changes for internal teams and customers.

You will bring:

  • Experience within a customer service environment.
  • Sound experience with relationship management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions.
  • Expertise with various digital platforms, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and D365, and a strong adaptability to dynamic processes and evolving system environments.
