We deliver a wide range of services, including home care, residential, community, and Specialist Disability Accommodation. Our team is committed to providing exceptional person-centred care, working closely with clients, their families, and key stakeholders to ensure individuals receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing quality care services, implementing behavioural strategy supports, and building rapport with participants.
- SUPPORTING PARTICIPANTS WITH 24-HOUR COMPLEX SUPPORTS, SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING, COMMUNITY ACCESS AND TRANSPORT, AND DOMESTIC AND PERSONAL CARE.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification.
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
- A valid driver's licence with access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
