About the Role

You will lead a key agency portfolio in our Sydney office, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and guiding a talented team of sales professionals in delivering innovative advertising solutions that resonate with our audience of millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior agency and client stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative advertising solutions that meet client needs
  • Oversee the development of high-quality sales materials, proposals, and presentations
  • Champion the Mamamia brand as the #1 Women's Network in the market

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of media sales experience with at least 6 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and developing talent
  • Skilled at identifying new revenue opportunities and winning new business
  • Strong agency relationships and established networks in the industry
  • Delivering engaging presentations and possessing outstanding communication skills
  • Understanding digital media platforms and experience with media booking systems
