We are seeking experienced customer service professionals to provide exceptional support to our gaming team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment as required
  • Provide bar services to the gaming team
  • Maintain poker machines and serve drinks
  • Work as a Keno operator and cashier
  • Manage cash handling duties
  • Resolve gaming floor enquiries
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Hold RSA and RCG qualifications
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming
  • H historical accurate cash handling experience
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Speak Mandarin or Cantonese for an added advantage
  • Previous gaming experience is highly regarded
