A seasoned project manager is required to join our Civil Engineering team in shaping the future of a iconic city. This opportunity involves leading project delivery, providing strategic management and coordinating resources to ensure end products meet client expectations.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Support projects across the entire life cycle ensuring design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management align with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with campaign and proposal staff to identify project opportunities, prepare proposal material, and apply project management best practices.
  • Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to promote services, secure new commissions, and grow industry relationships.
  • Lead project delivery by providing strategic management, coordinating resources, and ensuring end products meet client expectations.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, verify timeframes, milestones, procedures, and budgets, and assist in establishing project plans including resourcing, finance, risk, and quality control.
  • Participate in technically complex projects and serve as a technical resource for other team members.
">Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or relevant field.
  • 7 years experience preferably in civil project management with a strong track record in delivering large projects.
  • Expertise in project programming, critical path analysis, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, delegate tasks effectively, and prioritize competing demands.
